Photo Gallery | 'CANstruction' event collects more than 10,000 cans for charity
St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School students built structures using cans and their creativity to help fight hunger at the end of last month.
They collected more than 10,000 cans of food and 1,000 boxes of Mac and Cheese, all donated to The Catholic Charities .
Using the collected items they built structures based on themes like "Hunger is No Game", "We're Off to Fight Hunger", and "Hunger Knows no Color Boundaries".
The event was a part of National Catholic Schools Week 2013.
They even made a video on YouYube, click here to see it.
