Ladies and gentleman, Lady the Beale Street Dog has left the building.

After four years of fending for herself and her puppies on the streets of downtown Memphis before the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County rescued them - her perfect family has finally come for her.

Every single one of her puppies were adopted, and Lady had to wait six months for a home.

She is also known as "Lady the Beale Street Dog" and "Lady of Beale."

Lady was a part of the 12 strays of Christmas program that the HSMSC and WMC-TV partnered together on to help find animals homes during the holiday season.

She is a beautiful 4-year-old Shepherd mix with a gorgeous brown brindle coat.
