MLK Day big volunteer day for Shelby Farms | Community Spirit

Dozens of volunteers from all over the city will come together in the spirit of service at Shelby Farms Park, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Volunteers will be working in teams to clean up several lakeshores at the park.

Each year, Shelby Farms Park Conservancy logs more than 20,000 hours of volunteer work, and MLK Day is one of the largest volunteer days each year.
