Trinity Place sells for $2.8 million | Business

CoStar Group reports LNR Partners, Inc. sold the Trinity Place Center in Cordova to Atlanta-based Altus Real Estate Advisors for $2.8 million. 

Trinity Place Center is located at 7990 Trinity Road.

The 47,923-square-foot retail center sold for as much as $7.8 million in March 2006.

LNR Partners bought the property for $4.3 million in December 2008.  Costar Information reports that was a foreclosure.

The center was about 57 percent occupied at the time of sale.

The center sits on 4.62 acres of land and was built in 1999 at the intersection of Germantown Road and Trinity Road.
